North Carolina Association of REALTORS® President Kim Dawson, a 24 year resident of nearby Carrboro, recently was inaugurated at the annual meeting, held in Durham. Kim came from the local board, Durham Regional Association of REALTORS®, where she has served for many years. A Native of Chicago, Kim says that she is “ready to prove why we should all be proud to be NC REALTORS®.” Congratulations, Kim, and we look forward to your leadership in 2016 as our state’s President.
