About Peak Swirles & Cavallito
Peak Swirles & Cavallito Properties was founded in 1993 by Susan Peak, Sudi Swirles and Ann Cavallito. Their shared vision of a full service company dedicated to the highest quality of attention and service for their clients remains steadfast today. The firm is currently composed of twenty knowledgeable and skilled associates with a wide range of expertise and experience in residential brokerage.
We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all parties of a transaction and to maintaining client relationships far beyond the sale. Sellers will find our marketing solutions to be imaginative, innovative and effective. Buyers will discover our resourceful representation to be thorough, timely and invaluable. Lending and design services are conveniently located in our office.

Our Office
Our Office is conveniently located at 3608 Shannon Road, Suite 100, on the southwest side of Durham and the northeast side of Chapel Hill. We are located in Shannon Summit, directly across the street from the Southwest Regional Durham Library.
Area of Expertise
Our agents are very familiar with properties for sale in Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties. In addition, we have specialists in horse farms in these counties and the surrounding region.
Facilities
Our facility is composed of drop-in workstations, collaborative project spaces and private meeting rooms as well as an administrative office for the office manager and marketing manager. There is an outdoor seating area and ample parking.
