For more than 15 years, I have helped clients make big choices. Buying and selling homes is a complex and sensitive process that’s unique for each person. My focus is on understanding my clients’ priorities and objectives then fitting their goals into the real estate market.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked in higher education philanthropy. I helped high-net worth families make philanthropic commitments, often using specialized trust and estate planning techniques. A commitment to client service and sound planning is foundational to my work in real estate.

At Peak, Swirles & Cavallito Properties, I’m fortunate to be working closely with Dede Hall, who has more than 35 years of experience in the Triangle real estate market. Our partnership provides our clients with a powerful combination of knowledge, excellence, and technical expertise.

Beyond real estate, I’m involved with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I’m a member of its Board of Visitors and the Chancellors Philanthropic Council. I also serve on the Meadowmont Architectural Review Committee (part of the Meadowmont Community Association). My husband and I live in Chapel Hill with our twins, Clark and EJ.
