Sudi Swirles, Retired

Sudi grew up on the North Shore of Chicago in a family that enjoyed fine food, wine and travel. These passions led her to become a pioneer in the restaurant revolution in downtown Durham when she owned and ran Sudi's Restaurant on Main St for over 10 years. Sudi ventured into real estate and became a founding partner at Peak Swirles & Cavallito Properties in 1993. After more than 35 years in real estate, Sudi retired in 2024, closing a career dedicated to guiding clients through the process of homeownership and building lasting relationships.
