Having lived in the Triangle area since 1989, I am very familiar with our many neighborhoods our area has to offer. The changes over the years have been amazing and I am so happy to see the Triangle become such a viable area with national acclaim.

I began my residential real estate career in 1991 and 29 years later, I am proud to have helped countless buyers and sellers in successful transactions. My training and experience have taught me that each transaction is very unique. Listening, being available and caring about the individual, are qualities I strive for in every transaction. In my early career, I renovated houses and was an early “flipper”. I bring that knowledge and experience as I help my clients find their own homes.

My husband, Phil Hutchings is a newly retired CPA formerly with DMJ and Co., PLLC. I have three wonderful daughters and two special stepsons—all are grown and on their own! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, gardening and DIY projects. We also love to visit our coast and enjoy boating in the sounds and waterways.
