Peak, Swirles and Cavallito Properties was formed in January of 1993 by Susan Peak, Sudi Swirles and Ann Cavallito, three leading area Realtors. They shared a vision of creating a company that would reflect their dedication to the profession and their commitment to provide the highest level of quality service and attention to their clients.
Beyond the Code of Ethics subscribed to by the Association of Realtors, they hope to be known as leaders in providing an exceptional experience to all parties of a transaction. Honesty and integrity in dealing with everyone is of prime importance to them and to each of their agents. Expressing that dedication has been the focus of their company.

Susan Craft, the person behind the scene, is an integral part of our success. Susan handles the administrative and marketing elements of our company. She has her finger on the pulse of the company and can help if you need immediate assistance and your agent is not available.
“Gator Woman”
The whimsical figure at the entrance to our office is affectionately known as “Gator Woman” and was a gift to the three owners of the company, Susan Peak, Sudi Swirles and Ann Cavallito for Christmas, 2005. Handcrafted by a local artisan, and from Vega Metals, she represents the spirit of adventure, fun, competence and enthusiasm that our company imparts to the community.
