Discover Durham’s rich architectural history during this self-guided tour through seven Modernist homes in Duke Forest. Agents from Peak Swirles & Cavallito Properties, which is an event sponsor, will be onsite at the The James T. and Margaret Rose K. Sanford House and at 2927 Wade Road.
Local restaurants and specialty vendors will provide tour goers small tastes of popular dishes and drinks, including sweet and savory offerings from The Fresh Market, Piedmont Restaurant, Local Yogurt, beer, wine, coffee and more!
Special guests architects will also be on hand to speak about the homes they have designed or renovated.
All proceeds from this unique fundraising event contribute to the ongoing educational and charitable projects and programs of the Junior League of Durham and Orange Counties.
